Welcome to CertMedbry. By accessing or using our website at certmedbry.com and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

2. Description of Services

CertMedbry provides online exam preparation materials, including but not limited to:

  • Practice questions and mock exams for medical and professional certifications
  • Interactive clinical exhibits and chart-based questions
  • Study guides, difficulty analysis, and performance analytics
  • Explanations and educational content for exam topics

We strive to keep our content accurate and up to date but do not guarantee that it reflects the most current exam formats or content outlines of any certifying body.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

New paid plans apply to one exam module, selected after payment. Monthly plans cost USD 147 per month and yearly plans cost USD 1,337 per year. By subscribing, you agree that:

  • Stripe charges the stated fee at signup and automatically renews the subscription each billing period until you cancel
  • Prices are displayed in USD and may change with notice
  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe
  • Access is limited to the selected exam while the subscription is active and paid
  • Canceling stops future renewal; access continues through the paid billing period

Previous sitewide access purchases continue under their original terms until their stated expiry date.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with our service, contact us within 7 days of purchase at [email protected] for a full refund. Refunds after 7 days are considered on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from our platform
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use our service for any unlawful purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure

6. Intellectual Property

All content on CertMedbry — including questions, explanations, study guides, images, graphics, and software — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our platform uses open-source software and development tools distributed through GitHub. Their respective licenses and attribution requirements continue to apply. If anatomy content from the human-atlas project is added, its software and BodyParts3D data will be credited separately under their applicable MIT and CC BY 4.0 licenses alongside that content.

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

  • That our service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
  • That content will be accurate, complete, or current
  • That using our platform will result in passing any certification exam

CertMedbry is a study aid and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representative of any certification or licensing body.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CertMedbry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising from or relating to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CertMedbry, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CertMedbry operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
